In most western legends, a dragon is an evil creature. Not so in the orient. A dragon, a zodiacal animal for the year 2000, is a guardian angel of justice. A carp is believed to be transformed into a dragon, when it jumps up a high waterfall. Hence parents fly carps made of paper or cloth high in the sky on May 5th, the children's day, praying a successful future of their children. A good school or an art contest is called "a gate for climbing up to the status of a dragon".
The Internet has grown to cover many facets of human society. Most of them broaden the scope and the virtue of human culture. Unfortunately some are malignant. A dragon is needed for watching network activities through a display.
