("Ricoh") may collect and analyze, by using the third party analytics service provided by Flurry, Inc., usage data of Ricoh's mobile applications by our customers, including without limitation, event log and error log, but not including personal data. Ricoh may use such data in order to improve the quality and service of such applications. You may opt out of analytics service that collects and analyze such data. For details, please see this link:

(a) Ricoh may collect, analyze and use the following data ("Data") and employ Flurry Analytics to collect and analyze the Data in order to improve the quality and service of the Applications:

1. Session data;
2. Event log;
3. Platform information, including but not limited to, Operation System information, version and language; and
4. Error log.

Please note that the Customer's personally identifiable information/data is not collected.The collected Data is transferred to Flurry, Inc.'s server where Ricoh may access the analysis of Data in the form of statistics.
