ご利用上の注意と同意事項

  1. Webページプリント、テキストプリントは、レイアウトが崩れる場合がございます。送信する前にプレビューでご確認ください。
  2. 一度に送信できるファイルの最大ページ数は200ページまでです。
  3. パスワードが設定されているPDFファイルは利用できません。
  4. 印刷が許可されていないPDFファイルは利用できません。
  5. ファイルが破損している場合など、印刷できない場合があります。
  6. ファイル名が100文字を超える場合、"マルチコピー機"及び"おきがるプリント"にファイルを送信できません。
  7. テキストプリントなど、選択した文字列をテキスト入力画面にコピーすると、一部の文字が異なる文字として表示される場合があります。
  8. iPhone、iPadから写真を追加する際に、一部表示されないものがあります。その場合は、直接フォトビューアからファイルをインポートしてください。
  9. iPhone、iPadでマルチコピー機と通信中は、アプリケーションをバックグラウンド（ホームボタンを押す）にしないでください。
  10. おきがるプリントにデータを登録する際の通信料はお客様の負担になります。
  11. WebページプリントではPDF、Microsoft Office®のファイルを表示させることはできません。
  12. 一部のPDFファイルにおいては、本アプリに正しく取り込めない場合があります。
  13. おきがるプリントのWebサイトがメンテナンス中は、インターネットからのプリントは使用できません。
  14. 著作権法上許される場合を除き、著作権者の許諾を得ずに、著作物の全部や一部を「複製、複写、改変、翻案」することは法律で禁じられています。
  15. 肖像権侵害のおそれのある画像、公序良俗に反する画像、法律で禁じられている公文書等の複製や画像の保存はご遠慮ください。

モバイルアプリケーションご利用によるデータ収集について

＜モバイルアプリケーションご利用によるデータ収集について（プライバシーポリシー）＞

株式会社リコー（以下「リコー」）は、リコー提供のモバイルアプリケーション（以下「本アプリケーション」）の品質向上・サービス向上のため、第三者分析サービス（Flurry, Inc.によるFlurry Analyticsを利用／以下「分析サービス」）を使用し、お客様による本アプリケーションの利用状況・障害発生状況のデータ収集・分析を行うことがございます。お客様は、当該データ収集の停止（オプトアウト）を行うことができます。詳細は以下の通りです。なお、お客様が当該データ収集の停止手続を行わず本アプリケーションの使用を継続する場合は、当該データ収集に同意いただいたものとさせていただきます。

収集するデータについて

分析サービスにて収集するデータ（以下「利用状況データ」）は以下の通りです。特定の個人を識別できるデータ・個人情報は含まれません。

  1. セッション情報
  2. イベントログ情報
  3. OSの種類、バージョン、言語等のプラットフォーム情報
  4. クラッシュログ情報

これらの利用状況データはFlurry, Inc.のサーバーに転送後、総数・匿名のベンチマークデータとしてリコーに提供されます。

収集停止（オプトアウト）について

お客様は、本アプリケーションにおける利用状況データ収集を停止（オプトアウトと呼ばれることがあります）することができます。データ収集停止手続については、以下をご参照下さい。

Usage Agreement

  1. There are instances in which the layout of Web pages and text printing may not appear as intended. Be sure to check the preview before printing.
  2. The largest page quantity for a file to be sent at a time is 200 pages.
  3. It is not possible to use password-protected PDF files.
  4. It is not possible to use PDF files which are not allowed to print.
  5. Printing may not be possible if contents are broken, for instance.
  6. If a file name contains more than 100 characters, it is not possible to send the file to a multi copy machine and "RICOH Network Print".
  7. When printing text messages is performed and selected character strings are copied onto the text input, some characters may be displayed as different characters.
  8. When photos are added from iPhone or iPad, some photos may not be displayed in photo browser. If this is the case, import files directly from the photo viewer.
  9. While an iPhone or iPad is communicating with a multi copy machine, do not run the application in the background (do not press the Home button).
  10. The customer incurs communication fees to register data to Cloud Print.
  11. In Web Print, PDF and Microsoft® Office files cannot be displayed.
  12. Some PDF files cannot be imported to this application.
  13. If the RICOH Network Print website is under maintenance, "Print from the internet" cannot be used.
  14. Excluding cases permitted in the Copyright Act, "duplication, copying, modification, adaptation" in total or in part of copyright works without the consent of the copyright holder is prohibited by law.
  15. Refrain from printing images which may infringe on portrait rights, images which are contrary to public order or morality, and from duplicating official documents or printing images which are prohibited by law.

Collection of Data in Ricoh's Mobile Applications (Privacy Policy)

Ricoh Company, Ltd. ("Ricoh") may collect and analyze, by using the third party analytics service called "Flurry Analytics" as provided by Flurry, Inc., usage data as to how Ricoh's mobile applications ("Applications") are used by our customers ("Customers" or "You") and how the Applications are performing. Ricoh uses the data in order to improve the quality and service of the Applications. You may opt out of Flurry Analytics that collects and analyze the data. By using the Application without opting out of Flurry Analytics, You indicate that You accept the collection of the data. For details, please read the following:

  1. Data.

Data.

The data that Ricoh collects, analyzes and uses is as follows ("Data"):

  1. Session data;
  2. Event log;
  3. Platform information, including but not limited to, Operation System information, version and language; and
  4. Error log.

Please note that the Customer's personally identifiable information/data is not collected. Ricoh may employ Flurry Analytics to collect and analyze the Data. The collected Data is transferred to Flurry, Inc.'s server where Ricoh may access the analysis of aggregated and anonymous benchmark data.
